PARTICIPATION FEE COVERS:

• Access in the scientific sessions
• Access in the exhibition area
• Congress participation kit (badge, bag, booklet with the scientific program in brief, partners materials)
• Coffee breaks and Lunches
• Certificate of attendance with CME credits issued by the Romanian College of Physicians.

AMENDMENTS:

* In case you decide to use wire transfer, please specify the name and surname of the participant you are paying for and the event (ex. Participation Fee for RCLSO Congress 2026).
* The value of the Participation Fee is the one from the moment of payment, according to the deadlines from the FEES chart.
* For the participants who register and pay the Participation Fee after 16.10.2026 we can’t guarantee the congress bag and other materials.

DELIVERY OF SERVICES

Confirmation of registration and payment on the event website will be done through automatically generated confirmation e-mails. The method of access to the event organized by Eventrium SRL will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Cancellation of registration can be done until 16.10.2026. As of this date, no refunds will be made on the participation fee.

RETURNING THE VALUE OF PURCHASED SERVICES

The return of the participation fee will be made if the event is canceled or at the customer’s request by means of a request that will be sent to the e-mail address rclso@eventrium.ro, until 16.10.2026. The following will be specified in the request: Name of the participant, name of the event but also the IBAN account and the name of the account holder. Amounts corresponding to canceled registration fees (in accordance with the terms and conditions above) will be refunded within 60 days of the end of the event.

If a refund request will be submitted within the designated timeframe, the participation fee will be reimbursed, less the commission retained by the payment processor.

CHANGE / REPLACEMENT OF A PARTICIPANT

Deadline for changing / replacing participant: 16.10.2026; after this date no changes / substitutions will be accepted.

The registered participant will request the change / replacement in writing, by e-mail, to the following address: rclso@eventrium.ro

Abstracts requirements:

• Abstracts must be written in English.
• The abstract, excluding the title, authors, and affiliations, should not exceed 2000 characters or approximately 350 words when typed.
• The Scientific Committee will review the submitted abstracts and notify the primary author about the acceptance and the assigned presentation format – either oral presentation or poster.
• The title should be in capital letters, formatted in Times New Roman, size 12, bold, and should not exceed 300 characters.
• Author identification must follow this order: First name, Last name, Institution, Department, City, and Country.
• The abstract body should be typed in Times New Roman, size 12, single-spaced, and must not exceed 350 words (excluding the title and author information).

Registration in the event is mandatory for abstract presenters.
